摘要
现阶段,随着我国社会和经济的不断发展,人们的生活水平不断提高,我国医疗行业也在不断进步,保障人们的身体健康。但是,随着医疗服务的社会需求在不断增加,公立医院的人力资源并没有跟上实际的需要,这就导致公立医院的人力需求和实际的人员编制之间的矛盾越来越突出,为了缓解这一矛盾,公立医院聘用了很多编外人员,但现阶段对于编外人员的管理方面还存在各种问题。
With the continuous development of our society and economy,people's living standard continues to improve and China’s medical industry is also in constant progress to protect the people's health.Although the health service demand of the society is increasing,the need of public hospital human resources does not keep up with this practice.It leads to the contradiction between human demand and the actual public hospital staffing,which is becoming more and more serious.In order to alleviate this contradiction,public hospitals employ a lot of supernumerary staff outside the authorized personnel quoter,but at this stage,the management of the supernumerary personnel presents various problems.
