摘要
目的分析探讨改良额肌筋膜瓣悬吊术矫正先天性中重度上睑下垂的临床效果以及满意度。方法对我院2013年04月~2016年04月收治的34例中重度先天性上睑下垂患者进行研究,均采用改良额肌筋膜瓣悬吊术进行治疗,观察患者临床疗效;同时采用自制调查问卷对患者治疗前后满意度进行调查。结果 34例患者经治疗后29例(85.29%)治愈,5例(14.71%)基本治愈。患者治疗后满意度评分为(85.34±6.34)分。结论对中重度上睑下垂患者实施改良额肌筋膜瓣悬吊术治疗的临床效果显著,患者术后满意度较高,且操作简便,对组织损伤较小,具有较高的临床推广价值。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and satisfaction of modified frontalis fascia flap suspension in congenital moderate to severe ptosis.Methods34cases of moderate to severe congenital ptosis from April2004to April2016were studied in our hospital.All patients were treated with modified frontalis fascia flap suspension,and the clinical curative effect was observed.At the same time,self-made questionnaire was used to investigate the satisfaction of patients before and after treatment.Results34patients were cured after treatment in29cases(85.29%),5cases(14.71%)were basically cured.The satisfaction rate of patients after treatment was(85.34±6.34)points.Conclusion The effect of modified frontalis fascia flap suspension in patients with moderate to severe ptosis was significant,Patients with high postoperative satisfaction,and easy to operate,less tissue damage,with a high clinical value.
