摘要
目的:观察合欢花对抑郁大鼠学习记忆能力的影响。方法:40只SD大鼠随机数字表法分为4组,分别为空白组、模型组、氟西汀组和合欢花组,每组10只。采用应激与孤养相结合的方法建立抑郁模型。同时,每天用生理盐水、氟西汀、合欢花进行灌胃,持续21d。用药结束后,测试大鼠学习记忆能力;观察海马CA1区长时程增强。结果:用药组学习记忆能力明显比模型组增强(P<0.01),海马LTP幅度显著升高(P<0.01)。结论:合欢花提高了大鼠海马CA1区的LTP,改善了突触可塑性,这可能是改善抑郁大鼠学习记忆能力的作用机制之一。
Objective:To observe clinical effects of albizia julibrissin on learning and memory ability of depression rats.Methods:40SD rats were randomly divided into the blank group,model group,fluoxetine group and albizia julianensis group,10rats in each.The depression model was established by combining stress and longevity.At the same time,normal saline,fluoxetine,albizia julibrissine for gavage every day were given,for21days.Results:The learning and memory ability of rats in the drug groups were significantly higher than the model group(P<0.01);and the amplitude of hippocampal LTP was significantly increased(P<0.01).Conclusion:Albizia julibrissincan improve the synaptic plasticity in the hippocampal CA1region of rats,which may be one of the mechanisms to improve the learning and memory ability of depressed rats.
