微孔发泡注射成型泡孔结构的演变规律 被引量:1

摘要 以弯曲样条为对象,以模拟与实验相结合的方法研究微孔发泡制品中泡孔结构的形成过程与演变规律。采用Moldflow仿真分析不同填充体积(20%,40%,60%,80%,100%)的弯曲样条内部泡孔结构与表面质量在流动方向上的变化,得到气泡在注射成型过程中存在填充过程中长大与填充后长大阶段。利用发泡剂N2进行微孔发泡聚丙烯试样注射成型实验,得到不同螺杆位移下的弯曲样条(40%,60%,80%,100%);研究在平行于流动方向与垂直于流动方向上,芯层泡孔与过渡层泡孔的结构变化,揭示泡孔结构的演变规律;通过分析短射样条的熔体前端,得到熔体的喷泉式流动行为;根据样条表面形貌分析样条表面气泡痕的形成机理与演变过程。 The formation and evolution law on cellular structure in curving sample that manufactured through microcellularfoaming injection molding by means of combined of simulation and experiments were studied.It was observed that the process ofinjection existed the stage of growing in the filling and growing after filling,which stated from the change of inner cell distributionand surface quality along the flow direction with the emulation result of different packing volume by Moldflow.Afterwards,theexperiments was used to acquire the PP curing spline in various screw position taking advantage of foaming agent N2;it was verifiedthat the evolution law on microstructure via the variation of cell structure on central core and transition layer in the orientation of flowand vertical flow;the behavior of fountain flow of melt was observed in researching the melt front of short shot spline;the splinesurface was studied to reveal formation mechanism and evolution process of bubble impression.
