太湖流域药物和个人护理品污染调查与生态风险评估 被引量:33

Concentrations distribution and ecological risk assessment of pharmaceuticals and personal care products in Taihu Lake

摘要 根据水质目标管理需求,在太湖流域选定包含饮用水源地、入湖河口、目标污染水体和参照水体在内的共计10个采样点位,调查其药物和个人护理用品(pharmaceuticals and personal care products,PPCPs)分布特征,并对定量筛出的PPCPs进行毒性数据的收集和整理,初步分析太湖流域PPCPs的生态风险,提出优先管理PPCPs污染物名录.结果显示,太湖水体中定性检出PPCPs类化合物33种,其中17种在定量检出限以上,浓度范围为0.03~25.77ng/L;咖啡因、西地那非、布洛芬、避蚊胺等4种PPCPs在太湖流域具有较高或者潜在的生态风险,从不同的点位来看,入湖河口的2个点位PPCPs风险较高,检出的种类相对较多,需重点关注. The management of pharmaceuticals and personal care products(PPCPs)in the environment has become asocial problem.In present study,concentration of PPCPs was qualitative and quantitative analyzed at10sites in TaihuLake including drinking waters source,estuaries,objective sample sites and control sites according to the request ofwater-quality target management.In addition,ecotoxicity data of detected PPCPs was collected to conduct ecological riskof PPCPs in Taihu Lake preliminarily.Results showed that33kinds of PPCPs qualitatively detected in Taihu Lake,and17of which were greater than the quantitativedetection limit,with concentrations ranged from0.03ng/L to25.77ng/L.FourPPCPs,namely caffeine,sildenafil,ibuprofen and diethyltoluamide were identified as high risk pollutants in Taihu Lake.The two estuaries of Taihu Lake had more compounds detected and posed a greater ecological risk,which should be paidmore attention in the future.
