摘要
目的:探讨基层医院使用国家基本药物的情况。方法:分析某基层医院2014-2015年的国家基本药物使用情况。结果:该院2014、2015年在用的国家基本药物种类分别为269种和262种,其覆盖率分别为51.24%与49.90%。2014-2015年,该院中成药类国家基本药物与调节水、电解质及酸碱平衡类药的使用金额处在前3位。2015年,抗菌类国家基本药物的使用金额呈大幅度下降趋势。结论:该院国家基本药物的使用情况距我国医学部门目标还有一定的差距,相当一部分价格偏低的药物尚未在该院得到使用。建议适当增加各类国家基本药物的使用量。
Objective:To explore the use of national essential drugs in primary hospitals.Methods:We analyzed the use of nationalessential drugs in a primary hospital from2014to2015.Results:The species of national essential drugs in the primary hospitalfrom2014to2015were269species and262species respectively,and the coverage rates were51.24%and49.90%respectively.From2014to2015,in the primary hospital,the amount of money of national essential drugs of proprietary Chinese medicines andadjusting water,electrolyte and acid-base balance drugs were in the top three.In2015,The amount of money of national essentialantibiotics had declined substantially.Conclusion:There was still a certain gap in the use of national essential drugs in the primaryhospital with the objectives of the medical sector in China.A significant portion of the lower priced drugs had not yet beenavailable in the hospital.We recommend that the hospital appropriately increase the use of essential drugs in all types of countries.
