互动健康教育运用于小儿骨折患者护理中的效果观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究互动健康教育在小儿骨折患者应用中的临床疗效。方法:收治小儿骨折患者94例,按照护理方法将其分互动组与常规组,各47例,对比分析两组患儿家长健康知识掌握程度以及患儿并发症的发生情况。结果:互动组家长疾病认知程度为95.74%,功能锻炼掌握程度为97.87%,明显优于常规组的65.96%、70.21%,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。互动组患儿发生并发症3例,明显低于常规组12例,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将互动健康教育应用在小儿骨折患者护理中的效果明显,能有效改善患儿的心理反应情况,减少住院时间,提高家长疾病的认知程度与家长功能锻炼的掌握度,且能够明显改善患儿手术后的并发症发生情况。 Objective:To study the clinical effect of interactive health education in pediatric fracture patients.Methods:94childrenwith fracture were selected According to the nursing method.The patients were divided into the interactive group and the routinegroup with47cases in each group.The parents'health knowledge and the incidence of complicat ions in the two groups werecompared and analyzed.Results:The cognitive level of parents in the interaction group was95.74%,and the mastery degree offunctional exercise was97.87%,which was obviously better than that of the parents in the interaction group of65.96%and70.21%,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were3cases of complications in theinteraction group,which were significantly lower than that in the routine group of12cases,statistical significance existed betweengroups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The interactive application of health education in pediatric fracture care in patients with obviouseffect can effectively improve children's psychological reactions,reduce hospitalization time,improve the mastery of parents to thedisease cognition and parents function exercise,and can significantly improve the postoperative complications in children.
