摘要
目的探讨在甲状腺手术护理中实施个性化护理的临床价值。方法 60例甲状腺手术患者,随机分成对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者采用个体化护理。比较两组护理效果。结果护理后,观察组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为96.7%,高于对照组的80.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在甲状腺手术护理中应用个性化护理有较高的临床价值,值得推广。
Objective To discuss the clinical value of personalized nursing in thyroid surgery nursing.Methods A total of60thyroid surgery patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with30cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,and the observation group receivedpersonalized nursing.Nursing effect in two groups was compared.Results After nursing,the observation grouphad obviously lower self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)score than the controlgroup,and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had higher nursingsatisfaction degree as96.7%than80.0%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of personalized nursing in hyroid surgery nursing shows high clinical value,and it is worthy of promotion.
