摘要
目的:分析儿童心血管内科护理用药安全管理。方法:选择郑州大学第三附属医院儿童心血管内科自2015年6月至2016年7月接受治疗的患儿70例,依据随机数字表法进行分组。实施用药安全管理的35例患儿为研究组,未实施用药安全管理的35例患儿为参照组,最后对整体效果进行统计和总结。结果:经调查分析后可知,研究组用药不良事件发生率较比参照组更低,数据结果经统计后P<0.05。研究组患儿家属的满意度(100%)较比参照组满意度(80.0%)明显较高,数据结果经统计后P<0.05。结论:儿童心血管内科护理用药安全管理需加强,从而使不良事件发生率显著降低,护理质量进行显著提升,可在临床上进一步普及。
Objective:To analyze the safety management of cardiovascular medicine in children.Methods:70cases of children with cardiovascular medicine from June2015to July2016were selected and grouped according to the random digital table method.The35children with safe management of drug administration were the study group,and35children who had not implemented the safe management of the drug were referred to as the control group,and the overall effect was statistically and summarized.Results:After the investigation and analysis,the incidence of adverse events in the study group was lower than that of the reference group,and the data results were calculated as P<0.05.The satisfaction of family members of the study group(100%)was significantly higher than that of the reference group(80.0%),and the statistical results were statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion:The safety management of cardiovascular medicine in children needs to be strengthened,so that the incidence of adverse events is significantly reduced,and the quality of nursing is significantly improved,which can be further popularized in clinical practice.
