摘要
目的探讨丙泊酚与异氟醚两种不同全身麻醉方法对颅脑外伤患者血清S100β蛋白含量的影响。方法选取80例2016年1月—2017年1月在我院进行治疗的颅脑外伤患者,采用奇偶数字法分为对照组(n=40例):采用异氟醚麻醉,观察组(n=40例):采用丙泊酚麻醉。观察比较两组患者术后苏醒时间、拔管时间,手术2 h、手术结束时、术后第3、7、10天时间点的血清S100β蛋白含量。结果观察组患者苏醒时间、拔管时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者在手术2 h、手术结束时、术后第3、7、10天的的血清S100β蛋白含量水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论颅脑外伤患者采用丙泊酚麻醉比异氟醚麻醉的效果更好,可明显缩短患者的苏醒时间和拔管时间,有效降低患者的血清S100β蛋白含量,安全性较高。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of two different anesthetic methods of propofol and isoflurane on serum S100βprotein levels in patients with traumatic brain injury.Methods80patients with craniocerebral trauma treated in our hospital from January2016to January2017were selected.Using the parity number,they were divided into control group(n=40):received isoflurane anesthesia and observation group(n=40):received propofol anesthesia.The recovery time and extubation time of post-anesthesia,the content of serum S100βat timing of surgery2h,the end of surgery,3rd,7th and10th days in patients after surgery in two groups were observed and compared.Results The recovery time and extubation time in patients of observation group were shorter than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The content levels of serum S100βat timing of surgery2h,the end point of surgery,3rd,7th and10th days in patients of observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of patients with craniocerebral trauma using propofol anesthesia is better than the effect of isoflurane anesthesia.It can obviously shorten the patients'recovery time and extubation time and effectively reduce the content of serum S100βof patients with a higher safety.
