摘要
目的探讨护理干预在胃食管反流病患者中的应用及对生活质量的影响。方法选取我院2014年5月—2017年6月所收治的60例胃食管反流病患者,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,每组患者30例,对照组采取常规护理,研究组采取护理干预,对比两种护理方式对生活质量的影响。结果两组患者护理后临床症状评分对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胃食管反流病患者应用护理干预,可保证治疗效果,提升患者的生活质量。
Objective To explore the application of nursing intervention in patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease and its influence on the quality of life.Methods60cases of gastroesophageal reflux disease in our hospital were selected from May2014to June2017.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,30cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the study group was given nursing intervention.The influence of the two nursing methods on quality of life was compared.Results The clinical symptom scores of the two groups after nursing were statistically different(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing intervention in patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease can guarantee the therapeutic effect and improve the quality of life.
