摘要
以柠檬酸为辅助剂,在水热条件下酸化钼酸铵溶液合成MoO_3纳米球。采用X射线衍射、扫描和透射电子显微镜等手段对其进行表征。以有机染料亚甲基蓝(MB)为模拟污染物对MoO_3纳米球的光催化性能进行了测定,考察了不同p H值前驱液、水热温度、反应时间、光催化剂和辅助剂用量对MoO_3光催化效果的影响。研究结果表明,前驱液pH值对MoO_3纳米球光催化降解亚甲基蓝的影响较显著。在一定的水热条件下,改变溶液的p H值,可实现MoO_3纳米粒子的形貌从棒状转化为球形。当pH=1时,合成的球形氧化钼纳米晶尺寸为20~30 nm,且形貌均匀,分散良好,光照3 h后对染料亚甲基蓝表现出较高的催化活性,降解率可达94%以上,因此,试验制得的球形MoO_3纳米粒子对染料具有较好的降解性能。
Molybdenum trioxide nanospheres were synthesized by hydrothermal method under citric-acid assistance conditions.They were characterized by x-ray diffraction,scanning and transmission electron microscopy.The photocatalytic activity of Mo03was investigated by using organic dye methylene blue(MB)as the simulated pollutant.The effects of different pH value precursor solution,hydrothermal temperature,reaction time,quantities of photocatalyst and assistant agent on Mo03photocatalytic effect were investigated.The results show that the pH value of precursor solution has a significant influence on photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue.Under certain hydrothermal conditions,the morphology of the nanoparticles changes from rods to spherical if the pH value of the solution is altered.When the pH value is1>the molybdenum oxide crystallites size is20-30nm with characteristics of uniform morphology good dispersion.After3h,the photocatalytic activity of methylene blue was higher than that of the dye.The degradation rate was above94%.Therefore,the spherical Mo03nanoparticles prepared by this experiment have good degradation performance to the dye.
