摘要
乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其发病率呈逐年上升趋势。近年来细胞凋亡在乳腺癌发生发展过程中的作用得到许多关注。Bcl-2是细胞凋亡抑制基因,可以抑制细胞的凋亡过程,使细胞寿命延长;Caspase-3是细胞凋亡过程中最重要的凋亡执行者和中心分子,可对多种底物蛋白进行降解,从而促进细胞凋亡。Bcl-2、Caspase-3与乳腺癌的发生发展有密切联系,但两者在乳腺癌中的表达存在差异,与乳腺癌的临床病理学特征及患者预后间的相关性仍有争议,有待进一步明确。
Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in women.The incidence of breast cancer has been in-creasing year by year.In recent years,the cell apoptosis has been paid more attention in the development of breast cancer.Bcl-2is theanti-apoptotic gene,which can inhibit cell apoptosis and prolong cell life.Caspase-3is the most important central molecule and the ex-ecutor of apoptosis,which can degrade a variety of substrate proteins,and lead to cell apoptosis.Bcl-2and Caspase-3are closely associ-ated with the pathogenesis of breast cancer.But there are significant differences about the expression of Bcl-2and Caspase-3in breast cancer.In addition,it is a controversial issue that the relationship between Bcl-2and Caspase-3with the clinicopathological characteris-tics of breast cancer and the prognosis of breast cancer patients,which need for further study.
