摘要
为了培养学生的创新创业能力,从林学专业核心课程林木种苗学实践教学入手,进行了以下改革和探索。首先对实践教学内容进行改革,将原有的独立实验项目合并成综合项目,同时开设创新创业的设计类和实践类项目。在创新项目中引入苗木培育竞赛机制,并且鼓励学生参与教师科研课题。其次开展校企合作,与用人单位的管理人员和技术人员无缝对接,让学生增加实践经验。为了保障教学质量,林木种苗课程组尝试利用结果考核和过程考核相结合的方式对学生创新创业能力进行评价,并引入创新学分鼓励机制。通过两年的实践,已经在学生创新创业理念培养、动手能力提高及就业选择上取得了较好的效果。创新创业教育是个系统工程,林木种苗学只是林科专业的创新创业改革的一个切入点,还需要在基础课程、经费保障以及考核机制等方面进一步加强。
Tree seeds and seedling nursery is the main course of forestry professional.To further improving the students'innovation ability,some reforms of the practical teaching were explored.First of all,for practice teaching content,the original independent experimental projects were integrated to a comprehensive program,and set up innovate and practical projects.In order to develop students′innovative thinking,encourage students to participate in professional skills competitions and the teachers′scientific research.Secondly,universityenterprise cooperation was expanded,students may increase practical experience by contacting with management and technical personnel.The assessment methods also had carried on the reform,experimental design and operating process was more relevant to performance.Through practice for two years and got some good effect in the students′innovative idea training.Innovation and entrepreneurship education is a systems,not only need reform of professional course,but also need safeguard in foundation course,funds and the assessment mechanism,etc.
