摘要
以中草药栀子为实验材料,采用滤纸片扩散法、倍比稀释法分别测定不同浓度的栀子醇提物对大肠杆菌的抑菌圈大小、最小抑菌浓度(MIC),同时通过测定不同培养时间培养液的OD值,探讨栀子醇提物对大肠杆菌的抑菌活性.结果显示,栀子醇提物浓度介于250~1 000mg/mL时大肠杆菌对其表现中度敏感,最小抑菌浓度为500mg/mL,OD值测定结果显示,250mg/mL的栀子醇提物作用24h后,大肠杆菌生长被明显抑制.
Selecting Chinese herbal medicine gardenia as experimental material to study bacteriostatic action of different concentrations of alcohol extract from gardenia by utilizing filter paper diffusion method and doubling dilution,testing index included inhibition zone size and minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC),furthermore,bacteriostatic activity of alcohol extract from gardenia onEscherichia coilwas studied by measuring OD value under different culture time.The results indicated thatEscherichia coilwas in medium sensitive to alcohol extract from gardenia which concentration was between250mg/mL and1000mg/mL,minimum inhibitory concentration of alcohol extract from gardenia was500mg/mL,results of OD value indicated that growth ofEscherichia coilwas obviously inhibited after24hours under the action of250mg/mL of alcohol extract from gardenia.
