硫酸镁与沙丁胺醇联合雾化吸入治疗重度支气管哮喘急性发作患者的疗效 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨硫酸镁联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗重度支气管哮喘急性发作的临床效果。方法选取金华市人民医院2016年1月~2017年7月收治的178例重度支气管哮喘急性发作患者,随机分为2组,各89例。对照组仅给予沙丁胺醇雾化治疗,观察组采取硫酸镁联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗。比较2组给药后肺功能上升率及临床疗效。结果观察组给药后10、20min时FEV1上升率和PEF上升率均显著高于对照组同期(P<0.01)。治疗7d后,观察组总有效率为91.01%,显著高于对照组的75.28%(P<0.01)。结论硫酸镁联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗重度支气管哮喘急性发作疗效显著,可迅速改善患者肺功能。 Objective To explore clinical effect of magnesium sulfate combined with salbutamol atomization on severe acute bronchial asthma.Methods178cases with severe acute bronchial asthma in our hospital from January2016to July2017were divided them into two groups,89cases in each group.Provided magnesium sulfate combined with salbutamol inhalation to observation group and provided salbutamol atomization to control group.Compared the increasing rate of pulmonary function after administration and clinical efficacy between two groups.Results The increase rate of FEV1and the increase rate of PEF in the observation group after administration of10min,20min were significant higher than those in the control group at same time(P<0.01).After7d treatment,observation group's overall effective rate was91.01%,which was significant higher than control group's75.28%(P<0.01).Conclusion Magnesium sulfate combined with salbutamol atomization helps patients with severe acute bronchial asthma to improve pulmonary function with good clinical effect quickly.
