摘要
目的探讨颏下岛状皮瓣修复颌面部软组织缺损的应用及可行性。方法将2010年4月-2017年7月68例颌面部软组织缺损患者根据数字表法分对照组和观察组。对照组采用前臂皮瓣进行修复,观察组采用颏下岛状皮瓣修复。比较两组颌面部软组织缺损修复效果;手术操作时间;切口1期愈合率。结果观察组颌面部软组织缺损修复效果高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组手术操作时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组切口1期愈合率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:颏下岛状皮瓣修复颌面部软组织缺损的应用及可行性高,可缩短操作时间,提高修复效果和切口1期愈合率,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the application and feasibility of submental island flap in the reconstruction of maxillofacial soft tissue defect.Methods68cases of maxillofacial soft tissue defect who were treated in our hospital from April2010to July2017were divided into control group and observation group according to the digital table method.The control group was repaired with the forearm flap and the observation group was repaired by submental island flap.The repair effect of soft tissue defect in two groups of maxillofacial features was compared;Operation time;1stage healing rate.Results The repair effect of maxillofacial soft tissue defect in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05);the operation time of observation group was shorter than that of control group(P<0.05);the healing rate of1stage incision in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of submental island flap in the reconstruction of maxillofacial soft tissue defect has high feasibility,shortening operation time,improving the repair effect and healing rate of the1stage of wound,so it is worthy of popularization and Application.
