摘要
目的观察对凹陷性痤疮瘢痕患者采用CO_2点阵激光联合果酸治疗的临床效果。方法对我院收治的104例凹陷性痤疮瘢痕患者进行分组研究,分别采用CO_2点阵激光单独治疗、CO_2点阵激光与果酸联合治疗。结果治疗后,研究组临床总有效率、治疗满意度高于对照组,不良反应总发生率、疼痛评分、疼痛持续时间低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对凹陷性痤疮瘢痕患者行以CO_2点阵激光联合果酸治疗可取得确切疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of CO2dioxide laser combined with tartaric acid in the treatment of atrophic acne scars.Methods A total of104patients with atrophic acne scars in our hospital.The patients were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with CO2dioxide laser,the observation group was treated with CO2dioxide laser combined with tartaric acid.Results The clinical efficacy and satisfaction of the observation group were higher than the control group,the total incidence of adverse reactions,pain score and pain duration were less than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined use of CO2dioxide laser tartaric acid is effective to treat atrophic acne scars.
