摘要
本文系统性阐述包含了机组能耗诊断原则、诊断方法及技术路线、诊断工作程序、诊断要点、诊断内容和深度的具体要求,为机组能耗诊断组织机构规范、科学开展火力发电企业诊断工作提供参考,以实现火力发电企业节能降耗的目标。
This paper systematically clarifies the principle of unit's energy consumption diagnosis,diagnosis methods and technical route,diagnostic procedures,the key points of diagnosis,the specific requirements of the content and depth,provides reference for the standard and scientific thermal power enterprise diagnosis work,in order to realize the goal of energy-saving and consumption-reducing of the thermal power enterprises.
