摘要
目的:探讨ICB矫形鞋垫对膝关节骨性关节炎患者平衡能力的疗效。方法:选取单侧膝关节骨性关节炎患者76例,随机分为观察组与对照组各38例,对照组给予常规治疗,包括按摩、激光、运动治疗等,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予ICB矫形鞋垫治疗。结果:治疗3个月后,2组步行最长持续时间及平衡能力评分均较治疗前明显增加(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组步态明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:ICB矫形鞋垫在膝关节骨性关节炎平衡中的治疗应用能纠正步态,提高患者的步行能力,促进平衡能力的改善,有很好的应用价值。
Objective:To investigate the effects of ICB orthopedic insole treatment on the balance ability of patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods:From February2014to January2017,76patients with knee osteoarthritis in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group with38cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment that included massage,laser,exercise therapy,etc.,and the observation group was given ICB orthopedic insole treatment on the basis of treatment in control group.The two treatment groups were observed for3months.Results:The longest continuous walking time in the observation group and the control group after treatment was107.22±45.29min and59.22±23.19min,which was significantly longer than that before treatment(44.59±21.49min and45.20±19.48min)(P<0.05),and that in the observation group after treatment was also longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,there were14cases of gait grade5,16cases of gait grade4,6cases of gait grade3,2cases of gait grade2,0case of gait grade0and1in the observation group,and there were8cases,10cases,6cases,7cases,7cases and0case correspondingly in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the balance ability scores in the observation group and the control group were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and those in the observation group after treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of ICB orthopedic insole in the treatment of patients with medial compartment osteoarthritis can correct gait,improve the walking ability of patients,promote balance ability,and it has good application values.
