摘要
GJ-6型轨道检测系统采用机器视觉等高新技术实现轨道几何不平顺的实时测量。本文基于GJ-6型轨道检测系统,采集CRH2J高速综合检测列车在国家铁道试验中心以及某城际铁路下行线型式试验数据,设计试验标准差、2倍标准差、第95百分位偏差试验,研究检测系统轨道几何测量的不确定度及准确度。研究结果表明,该检测系统轨道几何测量精度高,准确度好。
GJ-6Track Inspection System adopts high tech such as machine vision method to measure the track geometry irregularity in real time.Based on GJ-6track inspection system,and by the type test data of high speed comprehensive inspection train CRH2J in the national railway test center and a railway downline,the standard deviation and two times standard deviation and the ninety five percentile deviation experiments were designed to study the uncertainty and accuracy of track geometry measuring of inspection system.The results show that uncertainty and accuracy of track geometry measuring of inspection system are very good.
