摘要
目的分析衡阳市医疗机构退血原因,寻求对策以降低临床血液退回报废率。方法收集衡阳市医疗机构2013~2016年退血报废的血液成分、数量、退回的医疗机构、退回原因及血液发放的季节等数据做统计分析。结果2013~2016年衡阳市医疗机构总退血报废血液占全市此期间医疗机构供血量0.08%(314.5 U/403806.5 U),退血报废的血液成分主要为血浆和冷沉淀;退血报废原因主要是絮状物、血袋破损和脂肪血浆。结论加强采供血各环节及医疗机构的质量管理,将有效减少血液报废率,避免不必要的血液浪费,节约血液资源。
Objective To analyze the causes of blood withdrawal in medical institutions of Hengyang City and to seek countermeasures to reduce the scrap of blood withdrawal.Methods The blood components,quantity,medical institutions with blood withdrawal,the reasons for the withdrawal and the season of blood release the medical institutions of Hengyang City from2013to2016were collected and statistically analyzed.Results The total scrap blood of blood withdrawal in the medical institutions of Hengyang City from2013to2016accounted for0.08%of blood supply in medical institutions in the city during this period(314.5u/403806.5u).The scrapped blood components of blood withdrawal were mainly plasma and cold precipitation.The reasons of the scrap of blood withdrawal were mainly floc,blood bag breakage and fat plasma.Conclusion Strengthening the quality management of all aspects of blood collection and supply and medical institutions,will effectively reduce the blood scrapping rate,avoid unnecessary blood waste,and save blood resources.
