摘要
2015年8月12日,天津市滨海新区危险品仓库发生特别重大火灾爆炸事故,我院野战医疗救援队作为爆炸事故发生后第一支到达现场的专业救援力量,在前方和后方与地方各医疗救援队进行协调/联系,圆满完成了各项医疗卫生防疫救援任务,但是也暴露出医疗救援中存在的问题,我们积极探索用军民深度融合发展来解决医疗救援面临的难题,积极探索军地医疗救援应急力量的深度融合机制,统筹医疗救援卫生资源,加强医疗救援军民融合,积极参与地方医疗救援。
On August12,2015,a massive explosion hit the dangerous goods warehouse in Tianjin.The field medical team of our hospital was the first professional rescue team that arrived at the scene.This incident made us keenly aware of the need to integrate the military forces of medical support with civilian ones.Possible solutions lie in establishing coordination mechanisms for medical support and healthcare resources,organizing group exercises,building cooperated systems for medical support,strengthening organizational leadership,participating in local rescue efforts,and expanding joint support space in health services.
