摘要
背景:用星状神经节阻滞的方法治疗亚健康状态是切实可行的手段,但星状神经节阻滞是一种有创的治疗手段,患者的依从性较差。目的:观察超声电导经皮透药作用于星状神经节治疗亚健康状态的临床效果。方法:根据不同的年龄层及职业随机筛选69例亚健康受试者,其中治疗组31例,对照组38例,治疗组进行超声电导经皮透药作用于星状神经节的治疗,对照组采用亚健康教育的方法进行心理疏导及行为干预。所有受试者在治疗前后均接受亚健康评定量表(SHMS V1.0)、健康调查简表(SF-36)两份量表的评定以及临床疗效的观察。结果与结论:(1)治疗组中有29例受试者经超声电导经皮透药治疗后亚健康症状消失或明显好转,有效率达93.5%,且治疗组治疗前后的评分差异均明显较对照组治疗前后的评分差异大;(2)结果表明,超声电导经皮透药作用于星状神经节,对改善亚健康状态人群的躯体及心理症状具有明显的效果。
BACKGROUND:Stellate ganglion block is feasible for the patients in sub-health status,but it is invasive and the patient compliance is poor.OBJECTIVE:To investigate the clinical effectiveness of ultrasound-induced transdermal drug delivery for reducing the hyperactivity of the cervical sympathetic ganglia in the sub-health status.METHODS:Sixty-nine participants in sub-health state from different age levels and professions were recruited and were randomly divided into treatment(n=31)and control(n=38)groups.The treatment group underwent ultrasound-induced transdermal drug delivery to the cervical sympathetic ganglia,while the control group received psychological counseling on sub-health education and behavior intervention.All patients were assessed with Sub-Health Measurement Scale Version1.0,and the Medical Outcomes Study36-Item Short-Form Health Survey prior to and post treatment,along with clinical curative effect assessment.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:After treatment,29participants in the treatment group were improved or recovered from sub-health,with an effective rate of93.5%.Compared with the control group,the scores were significantly improved in the treatment group.To conclude,ultrasound-induced transdermal drug delivery to the stellate ganglion has a significant effect on sub-health state.
