摘要
目的观察白细胞介素-13(IL-13)、白细胞介素-18(IL-18)及肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)在不同临床症状支原体肺炎患儿血清中的水平差异,探讨血清IL-13、IL-18和TNF-α在支原体肺炎患儿临床诊断、病情判定、临床治疗中的指导价值。方法以2016年6-10月期间该院收治的120例支原体肺炎患儿(观察组)和60例健康儿童(对照组)为研究对象,分别对比分析支原体肺炎急性期与恢复期,轻度病情与重度病情,伴喘息与不伴喘息,有肺纤维化样改变与无肺纤维化样改变的支原体肺炎患儿和健康儿童的血清IL-13、IL-18和TNF-α水平差异。结果急性期、恢复期、轻度病情、重度病情、伴喘息、不伴喘息、有肺纤维化样改变、无肺纤维化样改变的支原体肺炎患儿血清IL-13、IL-18和TNF-α水平均显著高于健康儿童(P<0.05)。急性期与恢复期,重度病情与轻度病情,伴喘息与不伴喘息,有肺纤维化样改变与无肺纤维化样改变的支原体肺炎患儿的血清IL-13、IL-18和TNF-α水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清IL-13、IL-18和TNF-α参与支原体肺炎的病情发生、发展过程,是支原体肺炎临床诊断、病情判定、临床治疗的重要参考指标。
ObjectiveTo observe the different expression of interleukin(IL)13,IL18and tumor necrosis factor(TNF)αin mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumoni achildren with different clinical symptoms,and explore the value of serum IL13,IL18and TNFαon clinical diagnosis,judgement of disease,clinical treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children.MethodsA total of120children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia cases(observation group)and60cases of healthy children(control group)during June to October in2016in our hospital were recruited as objects in this research.The levels of serum IL13,IL18and TNFαwere compared between patients in acute phase and convalescence,between patients with mild illness and severe illness,between patients with wheezing and without wheezing,between patients with pulmonary fibrosis and without pulmonary fibrosis,between children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia and healthy children.ResultsThe expression of serum IL13,IL18and TNFαin all children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia were significantly higher than those of healthy children(P<0.05).Acute phase and convalescence,severe illness with mild condition,with breathing and are not associated with breathing,changes in sample with pulmonary fibrosis and pulmonary fibrosis change of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children with serum IL13,IL18and the expression level of TNFαcomparative has significant difference,and the former is higher than the latter(P<0.05).ConclusionSerum IL13,IL18and TNFαparticipate in the condition of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia development process,they are important reference indexes of clinical diagnosis,illness conditions determination and treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.
