摘要
目的探讨自体毛发移植治疗脂溢性脱发的临床疗效。方法以2014年1月-2016年6月我院整形外科收治的87例脂溢性脱发患者为研究对象,全部患者均采用自体毛发移植术对头皮缺失区进行修复。术后随访1年,测量受区毛发密度,统计毛发移植成活率、手术并发症及患者满意度。结果 87例患者中,80例一期自体毛发移植(91.95%),7例行二期加密治疗。随访显示,毛发移植成活率>95%,密度>25根/cm^2,外观良好。并发症发生率0%,患者满意度95.66%。结论自体毛发移植成活率高,修复后外观自然,密度理想,是治疗脂溢性脱发的有效手段,值得推广使用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of autologous hair transplantation for treatment of sebaceous hair loss.Methods In a January2014-2014of87cases admitted in our hospital plastic surgery in June seborrheic alopecia patients as the research object,all the patients adopt autogenous hair transplantation to repair missing scalp area.After follow-up for1year,the hair density was measured and the survival rate of hair transplantation,surgical complications and patient satisfaction were measured.Results80of87patients had autologous hair transplantation(91.95%)and7were treated with second phase encryption.The followup showed that the survival rate of hair transplantation was>95%and the density>25root/cm2with good appearance.Complication rate was0%and patient satisfaction was95.66%.Conclusion Autologous hair transplantation has high survival rate,after repair,natural and density ideal is an effective means to treat seborrheic hair loss,which is worth promoting.
