摘要
目的研究三联疗法联合瑞巴派特治疗老年消化性胃溃疡的疗效及对胃黏膜形态学的影响。方法选择消化性胃溃疡的老年患者124例,随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组采用三联疗法治疗,实验组采用三联疗法联合瑞巴派特治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效及胃黏膜形态学变化。结果实验组治疗总有效率(98.39%)高于对照组(85.48%),且复发率(8.06%)低于对照组(30.65%),黏膜厚度评分及腺体密度评分明显低于对照组,上述指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论三联疗法(克拉霉素、阿莫西林、兰索拉唑)联合瑞巴派特治疗老年消化性胃溃疡具有较好的治疗效果,还能够改善患者的胃黏膜形态学,降低复发率。
Objective To study the effect of triple therapy combined with rebamipide on senile peptic ulcer and its effect on gastric mucosal morphology.Methods124elderly patients with peptic ulcer were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group was treated with triple therapy.The combination therapy was treated with triple therapy and rebamipine.The clinical efficacy and gastric mucosa were compared between the two groups Morphological changes.Results The total effective rate(98.39%)in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(85.48%),and the relapse rate(8.06%)was lower than that of the control group(30.65%).The mucosal thickness score and gland density score were significantly lower than the control group,The difference between the above indicators was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Triple therapy(clarithromycin,amoxicillin,lansoprazole)combined with rebamipide in the treatment of senile peptic ulcer has a good therapeutic effect,but also can improve the gastric mucosal morphology and reduce the recurrence rate.
