摘要
针对沥青路面对排水、防滑等路用功能的要求,进行了排水沥青路面的结构方案设计、原材料选取设计和沥青混合料配合比设计,并实际应用于青岛中德生态园园区9号线道路工程,施工时从沥青撒布量、混合料温度、摊铺和碾压过程等方面进行了工艺控制.路面取样检测结果表明,各项路用性能均达到设计要求,方案设计和施工控制技术具备较好的推广应用前景.
According to the requirements of asphalt pavement on drainage,anti skid and other road functions,this paper carries out the structure design,the raw material selection design and the asphalt mixture ratio design of drainage asphalt pavement.Then,the design method and the construction technology are applied in the Qingdao Sino Germany Eco park roadline9.Some methods are used in the quality control of asphalt spreading amount,mixing temperature,paving and rolling process.The test results show that all kinds of road performances have reached the design requirements,and the application prospects of architectural design and construction control technology are quite promising.
