港口集疏运系统协调发展饱和度模型研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究港口集疏运系统的协调性,以运输子系统为研究对象,效用函数和饱和度理论为基础,针对运输系统内部协调发展问题,分别建立公路、铁路和水路协调发展饱和度模型.通过实例计算对模型进行验证,计算出各运输子系统内部协调发展的饱和系数.结果显示:公路运输系统的设计可通行交通流量与实际日交通流量不平衡现象较为明显;铁路运输系统中主要货运站实际年到达量与设计供给量的饱和系数过大;水路运输系统中沿海航道比内河航道的饱和系数大,协调性差.通过对各运输子系统服务水平进行评价,对推动港口运输子系统协调发展具有较为重要的意义. In order to study the coordination of port collection and distribution system,this paper studied the transportation subsystem based on the utility function and saturation theory.It aimed at the coordination development within the transport system,for which the saturation models of the coordinated development of road,railway and waterway are established respectively.To verify these models through case analysis,the saturated coefficient of coordination development for each internal transportation subsystem is calculated.The results indicate that the design of traffic flow and the actual traffic imbalance phenomenon are more obvious in highway transportation system;the saturation coefficient between the actual arrival quantity and the designed supply is too large in main depot of railway transportation system;and,for the channel of coastal water transportation system,the saturation coefficient is larger than inland waterway and the coordination is also poorer.It is of great significance to promote the coordinated development of port distribution subsystem by evaluating the service level of each transport subsystem.
