摘要
为进一步提高全科住院医师规范化培训过程中的教学质量,浙江大学医学院附属邵逸夫医院以全科医生基层岗位胜任力为目标,在全科医学培训管理中按国际标准进行了学科建设。根据全科医师核心能力创新构建比较完善的全科医学教学体系,创新建立了培训机制,成功探索与实施全科住院医师规范化培训新模式,全面提升全科住院医师的能力素质,培养了高质量的全科住院医师。
In order to further improve the quality of teaching in the standardized training of general practice residents,we used general practitioner’post competency as a goal.W e had established outstanding discipline construction based on the international standards of general medicine training.According to the core ability requirements of general practitioners,the new general medicine teaching system and training system were established.We also put the new mode into practice to improve general practical residents’qualityto eventually train more general practical residents of high-quality.
