持久性环境污染物多溴联苯醚的生殖发育毒性 被引量:6

摘要 多溴联苯醚是一类常用的溴化阻燃剂,作为持久性有机污染物普遍存在于环境和生物体内。研究显示其主要具有神经发育毒性和内分泌干扰作用等。流行病学研究发现其可能具有生殖发育毒性,但是相关研究较少。研究表明,PBDEs可通过降低精子质量和引起生殖系统异常从而对雄性动物产生生殖毒性;通过引起细胞凋亡和延长受孕周期从而对雌性动物产生生殖毒性,并可通过胎盘和乳汁从母体中转移至子代体内引起子代畸形和发育延迟的现象。虽然PBDEs在一些国家已经被禁止使用,但PBDEs依然存在于我们的环境中。因此需要更多的学者去研究PBDEs潜在的毒性和机制,从而进行风险监测和毒性预防。本文主要从国内外对PBDEs的生殖发育毒性研究进行综述。 Polybrominated diphenyl ethers(PBDEs)is a kind of common flame tetardants and widespread in the enviroment and the organism as a kind of persistent organic pollutants.Researches show that PBDEs main has neural developmental toxicity and endocrine disturbance effect.Epidemiological studies have found that it may have reproductive and developmental toxicity,but relevant researches are less.Although PBDEs was banned in some countries,it still exists in our enviroment.So it needs more scholars to study the potential toxicity and mechanism of PBDEs.This article mainly summarize the domestic and foreign researches in reproductive and developmental toxicity of PBDEs.
