摘要
采用BIN参数法对某住宅小区集中供冷系统进行了能耗分析,并在三种方案下进行了经济性分析,得出第三种方案的投资回收期最短。然后针对该住宅小区集中供冷系统运行情况,分析了其中存在的问题及原因,提出优化运行策略、增大供回水温差、改变供能方式及增加水蓄冷系统等优化措施。
This paper analyzes the energy consumption of district cooling system in residential area using the Bin method.By economic analyzing,the payback period of the third case is the shortest.Then it analyzes existing problems and reasons of system operational aspects in the first phase,and optimization measures about the air conditioning system are proposed,such as optimizing operation strategy,increasing supply and return water temperature,changing the energy supply way,and adding a water storage system.
