摘要
目前我国公众应急救护教育培训的现状,发现主要存在公众参与院前应急救护技能培训积极性不高,应急救护培训师资力量不足,公众应急救护教育和培训形式单一,缺乏系统规范的应急救护培训体系,应急避险及应急救助的法律法规尚不完善等问题。笔者结合广东省省级应急医院开展的公众应急救护教育培训体系建设的相关经验和做法,如培养公众院前应急救护意识,保障应急救护培训师资,拓展多样化培训模式,资源整合形成应急救护技能培训体系,鼓励公众积极参与应急救护相关法律和政策的制定等措施。笔者结合有关材料作一论述,供全国应急医疗救护技能水平的全民普及培训工程参考和借鉴。
An analysis of the current situation of public emergency rescue training in China shows the following issues:lack of enthusiasm in public participation in pre-hospital emergency rescue skills training,short of faculty in emergency rescue training,lack of diversity in the methods for public emergency education and training,lack of a standardized emergency nursing training system,and lack of adequate laws and regulations concerning emergency and emergency rescue.This study takes advantage of the relevant experience of Guangdong provincial emergency hospitals in the construction of an emergency rescue public education and training system,and introduces their practices in the following aspects:raising public awareness for pre-hospital emergency rescue,guaranteeing an adequate supply of training faculty,diversifying the training methods,integrating resources for establishing a training system,and encouraging public involvement for making relevant laws and policies.
