摘要
皮秒激光因其极窄的脉宽而著称,通过光热作用和光机械作用,高效作用于色素颗粒。皮秒激光主要用于治疗文身,并且对于色素类疾病和面部年轻化均有一定疗效,但相关文献较少且证据等级不高,仍需大量研究以证明其疗效。
Picosecond laser is known for its extremely short pulse width,through photomechanical and photothermal effects,which could be highly efficient on pigment particles.Currently,picosecond laser is mainly used in tattoo removal,and also effective for pigmented lesions treatment and facial rejuvenation.But the research of these two fields is lack,and the evidence is not strong enough.More studies are needed to prove its efficacy.
