摘要
以大豆油为原料,采用过氧甲酸氧化法制备不同环氧值的环氧大豆油(ESO),然后用冰乙酸开环环氧大豆油,得到不同羟基数的大豆油基多元醇(ESOP),再与丙烯酸羟乙酯单封端的异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯反应,制备不同官能度的大豆油基UV树脂,采用~1H NMR、FT-IR对产物结构进行表征.经紫外光照射,制得一系列UV固化膜.使用扫描电镜(SEM)、应力-应变、凝胶含量、吸水率、铅笔硬度、热重(TG)等测试这一系列固化膜的力学性能、物理性能和热稳定性能.结果表明:随着UV树脂的官能度的增加,对应的UV固化膜的凝胶含量、铅笔硬度、拉伸强度和弹性模量逐渐增加,而吸水率却呈现降低趋势,热稳定性能变化不明显.
Epoxidized soybean oil(ESO)with different epoxy value were prepared by performic acid oxidation with soybean oil,and then soybean oil based polyols(ESOP)with different hydroxyl groups were obtained by ring opening of epoxidized soybean oil with acetic acid,at leat,the polyols were reacted respectively with hydroxyethyl acrylate mono terminated isophorone diisocyanate to obtain soybean oil based UV resin with different functionality.The structures of the products were characterized by1H NMR and FT IR.Finally,a series of UV curing films were prepared by UV irradiation.The mechanical,physical properties and thermal stability of the UV curing films were tested by scanning electron microscope(SEM),stress strain testing,gel content,water absorption,pencil hardness and thermogravimetric(TG)analysis.The results showed that the gel content,pencil hardness,tensile strength and elastic modulus of UV curing films increased gradually with the increase of the functionality of UV resin,but the water absorption rate decreased,the thermal stability changed unclearly.
