摘要
MEMS传感器输出特性受温度影响大,需标定校准之后方可使用。人工标定校准存在耗时长、数据可靠性低和精度不佳的缺点。文中提出一种基于LabVIEW的传感器的自动标定校准系统,结合多项式拟合法实现传感器的信号校准。通过实验表明,该设计使标定过程自动化,缩短了标定时间,提高了传感器数据精度和可靠性,误差保持在0.49%以内,满足实际的需求。
MEMS sensors′output characteristics are greatly influenced by temperature,and they only can be put into use after calibration.The manual operation is of low-reliability,poor-precision and time-consuming.This paper puts forward an auto calibration system for MEMS sensors and realizes the sensor signal calibration with polynomial fitting method.The experiments showed that this design made the calibration process automatic,shortened the time of calibration and improved the precision and reliability,and its error kept within0.49%that met practical needs.
