摘要
[目的/意义]探讨2011—2015年中国生态系统研究网络(简称CERN)的研究重点与热点。[方法/过程]基于中国科学引文数据库(简称CSCD)对这5年CERN(包括各生态站/中心)发表论文的关键词进行Web挖掘,运用共词分析方法对核心关键词的词频、共现关系进行计算,采用社会网络分析软件Pajek的可视化展示手段,对CERN科学研究主题进行分析。[结果/结论]土壤、水、微生物、碳、氮、肥、生物等主题是研究重点。并提出论文关键词标注应规范化,以及今后的研究方向。
[Purpose/significance]Learning about the research emphasis and hot topics of Chinese Ecosystem Research Network(CERN)in2011-2015.[Method/process]On the basis of CSCD,the paper collects articles published in the5years,mines the keywords through Web’s crawler,makes calculation of word frequency and words co-occurrence with the method of co-word analysis,and analyzes CERN’s research topics by Pajek which is a social network analysis software.[Result/conclusion]CERN’s research emphasis is focusing on soil,water,microbe,carbon,nitrogen,fertilizer,and so on.The author suggests that keywords citation of the ecological research articles should be more strongly standardized.At last,research direction in future are addressed
