摘要
通过设计水稻直播施用除草剂和不施用除草剂的对比试验,研究了施用除草剂对水稻直播秧苗素质的影响。结果表明:与水稻直播不施用除草剂处理相比,水稻直播施用除草剂处理两季中植株平均降低0.87个叶龄;植株株高、茎基宽、叶长、叶宽、总根数、白根数、最长根长、地上部干物质和根系干物质在两季中分别平均降低了18.69%、16.71%、16.89%、17.02%、15.02%、11.48%、14.78%、21.15%和17.36%;水稻直播施用除草剂处理第一季植株根冠比减少了2.44%,第二季植株根冠比基本无差异。水稻直播施用除草剂处理两季中植株叶龄、株高、茎基宽、叶长、叶宽、总根数、白根数、最长根长、地上部干物质、根系干物质和根冠比均出现不同层度的降低趋势。因此,施用除草剂会降低水稻直播的秧苗素质。
A field experiment was conducted to research the effects of herbicide application on seedling quality of rice direct seeding,by comparing the method of rice direct seeding with herbicide and non-herbicide.Data showed that the average number of plants in the two seasons decreased by0.87leaf ages.Plant height,stem base width,leaf length,leaf width,total root number,white root number,longest root length,the dry matter and root dry matter decreased by18.69%,16.71%,16.89%,17.02%,15.02%,11.48%,14.78%,21.15%and17.24%on average in the two seasons.There was no difference in the root-shoot ratio of rice direct seeding with herbicide in the second season,but decreased by2.44%in the first season,compared with direct seeding of rice without herbicide.Application of herbicides in the two season of plant leaf age,plant height,stem base width,leaf length,leaf width,total root number,white root number,longest root length,the dry matter,root dry matter and root-shoot ratio all showed different degrees lower trend.In conclusion,the application of herbicides reduced the quality of seedlings for rice direct seeding.
