摘要
随着互联网的发展,在线旅游平台发展迅速,在"分享经济"的背景下,分享型在线旅游平台逐渐兴起,然而我国对于分享型在线旅游的研究较少。文章综合国内外在线旅游服务质量影响因素,在此基础上以小猪短租为例进行了重要性满意度分析,在文献综述的基础上一共选取了7个因素:有形性、易用性、信息质量、可靠性、响应性、安全性和补偿性,设计了20个指标。结果发现分享型在线旅游平台的用户以年轻高学历人群为主;分享型在线旅游平台目前在有形性、可靠性方面做得比较好;而落在亟待改进的区域中的指标是安全性、补偿性指标,并在此基础上提出发展建议。
With the development of the Internet,the online tourism platform has developed rapidly.Under the background of"Sharingthe Economy",the online tourismplatformhas been gradually emerging.However,there are fewstudies on the sharing of online tourismin China.Therefore,this paper summarizes the factors affecting the quality of online travel service both at home and abroad.On thisbasis,the importance of satisfaction analysis is carried out with the short termof piglets as an example.On the basis of literature review,seven factors are selected:Ease of use,information quality,reliability,responsiveness,safety and compensation,a total of20indicatorswere designed.The results showthat the users of the shared online travel platformare dominated by young and highly educated people.The shared online travel platform is doing well in terms of tangibility and reliability.The indicators that fall in the areas that need to beimproved are safety and compensation.Sexual indicators,and on this basis,put forward development proposals.
