摘要
通过对中国风景名胜区的发展背景及保护培育规划的现状问题进行研究分析,引出生态资源评价及生态敏感性分析应用于风景名胜区的必要性与迫切性。通过评述与分析国内外风景名胜区和国家公园的生态资源及生态敏感性研究现状,构建了较国内现有研究更加科学、客观的基于生态资源评价结果的风景名胜区生态敏感性分析方法。此方法可以通过评价指标体系的构建和判断矩阵的校核得出特定风景名胜区生态资源受到破坏与威胁的程度及其敏感性,对于风景名胜区生态保育规划中优先和重点开展生态环境保护区域的确定、保护策略与措施的制定,以及风景名胜区性质功能的定位具有指导意义。
This essay firstly aims to highlight the necessity and urgency that the ecological sensitivity analysis is applied to natural resource assessment and ecological sensitivity analysis,by analyzing the background of the development and current situation of conservation planning in Scenic Spots of China.Compared to the existing analytical method,a more scientific and objective system of assessment indicators and scoring method of natural resource assessment is built through comprehensively criticizing and analyzing the research status quo in the field of natural resource assessment and sensitivity analysis at home and abroad.Based on the ecological sensitivity assessment of natural resource,it can scientifically concluded the level of destruction and threat as well as sensitivity of the resources in tourist attractions,significantly guiding for the following establishment of priority zones for environmental protection,conservation strategies and the functional orientation of natural resource conservation planning in Scenic Spots of China.
