帝视内镜与视频喉镜在颈椎手术困难气管插管的临床应用比较被引量：2

摘要目的:比较帝视内镜和视频喉镜在颈椎手术困难气管插管中的应用效果。方法:选择择期评估为困难气道的颈椎手术患者60例,随机分成帝视内镜组(D组)和视频喉镜组(E组),每组各30例。两组采用相同的麻醉药物和给药顺序,快速诱导插管,观察两组插管时间、插管成功率、麻醉诱导前(T1)、插管即刻(T2)、气管插管后即刻(T3)的血压心率变化及相关并发症。结果:D组插管成功率为93.3%,E组为90.0%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义。D组插管时间(26.5±7.8)s明显短于E组(42.3±5.8)s,两组比较,差异有统计学意义。D组于术后T2、T3时刻血流动力学变化明显低于E组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组并发症比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在颈椎手术困难气道气管插管应用方面,帝视内镜比视频喉镜插管时间短,血流动力学波动小,更具优势。
