摘要
作为中华民族多元生态法文化的内在组成部分,贵州少数民族传统生态法治理念不仅是贵州建设国家生态文明法治建设示范区的本土资源和智慧源泉,更与当代的生态法治思想不谋而合。本文基于我国生态文明法治构建的困境,在阐释贵州少数民族传统生态法治理念的基础上,从生态伦理、社会优位、生态法治三个方面对贵州少数民族传统生态法治理念对当代生态文明法治的借鉴意义进行了探索和思考。
Abstract:As the components of Chinese multi-ecological customary law culture,the traditional ecological concept of legal rules for minorities in Guizhou is both local resources and the wisdom for the construction of ecological legal civilization in Guizhou.What is more,such multi-ecological customary law culture coincides with the modern ecological legal thought in China.Considering the difficulties of constructing ecological civilized rule of law,this essay explains Guizhou minority,s traditional ecological concept of legal rules.It explores traditional ecological legal culture of minorities in Guizhou from three perspectives:the ecological ethics,social priority and ecological legal rule,and discusses the enlightenments of traditional ecological concepts of Guizhou on modern ecological civilized rule of law.
