摘要
地铁隧道及车站施工受场地内大型吊装设备站立条件和上方净空障碍的影响,盾构在接收或过站过程中,盾构机通常不能够在接收端井口吊出,需要采取空推和平移的方式移动至合适的位置拆解吊出。文章以长春地铁2号线BT08标的接收案例为背景,阐述了钢板-导轨接收、平移、空推技术。实践表明,该技术与基座和导台接收相比,具有施工简便、节省成本、材料设备需求低的优点;与单纯的钢板法相比,具有安全系数高、可靠性好、空推速度快的优点。
Metro tunneling and station construction site are affected by the large hoisting equipment stand conditions and clearance above obstacles.At the receiving and passing station,shield is usually failed to be hoisted out at the receiving end of the shaft portal,so it needs to use the moving method of tare pushing and translating to the proper position,in order to dismantle and hoist it out.Taking Changchun metro line2BT08receiving performance as the case study,this paper describes the shield motion technology of reception,translation,tare pushing from steel plate to guild rail.The actual practice shows that the technology has the advantages of simple construction,cost saving,low demand on material and equipment compared to the foundation base and guide platform receiving method,while it has the advantages of high safety,good reliability,fast speed of tare pushing compared with the simple steel plate method.
