摘要
"两化融合"是促进经济发展方式和工业制造业转型升级的重要举措,是在结合我国基本国情的基础上,为了应对全球第四次工业革命提出的实现创新发展的重要战略。江苏作为工业制造业大省,应抓住"两化融合"的契机,实现江苏经济的转型升级和再次腾飞。通过阐述"两化融合"的时代背景和发展机理,结合当前江苏经济发展现实基础,剖析"两化融合"为江苏经济发展带来的机遇与挑战,从宏观和微观角度提出相应的政策建议如创新体制机制,优化"两化融合"环境,加快智慧集群建设,加强国际交流合作等。
“The integration of informatization and industrialization”is an important strategy to promote the transformation and upgrading of economic development and manufacturing industry,which is based on China's basic national conditions,in order to deal with the fourth global industrial revolution and achieve innovative development.As a big province of industrial manufacturing,Jiangsu should seize the opportunity of the integration to realize the economic take-off.By expounding the background and the development mechanism of the integration,combining with the current realistic foundation of Jiangsu economic development,the article analysis the opportunities and challenges which are brought by the integration for the economic development of Jiangsu,and then puts forward the policy suggestions from macro and micro perspectives such as institutional innovation,optimization of integration environment,accelerating the construction of wisdom clusters,strengthen international communication and cooperation.
