摘要 船体生产设计优化程度直接影响到某型高速船船体结构建造周期和产品质量。文章通过对工厂船体结构生产设计现状的分析,得出对船体结构生产设计综合流程优化的必要性结论,结合具体设计工作,对设计工具、设计过程、设计输出等环节进行全面优化,旨在提高设计效率和精细化程度。优化方案满足建造周期对相关设计的节点要求,满足造船现场管理部门及施工现场对设计输入的需求,对推动现代化造船中船体结构生产设计技术进步具有重要意义。 Optimization degree of hull production design directly influences the hull building period and its quality of the high-speed ship.The paper gains a necessity conclusion of optimization for the overall process of the hull production design by analyzing the current situation of the hull production design.It also fully optimizes the design tools,the overall process and the design output based on the specific designing work,in order to improve the design efficiency and the refinement degree.The optimization plan,which meets the time requirements of the designing in the whole building period,satisfies the needs of design output from shipbuilding management department and construction site.It is significant to drive the technical process in the aspect of the hull production design of modern shipbuilding.
