摘要
推进劳动者的体面劳动、全面发展是中国特色社会主义新时代所面临的重要任务。企业职工的体面劳动包括企业职工的安全保护权、劳动报酬权、社会保障权、知情参与权、职业发展权和身心健康权等六大权益。以六大权益为基础,设计构建企业职工体面劳动的测量指标体系,借助千人问卷调查实证分析我国企业职工体面劳动的现状,找出影响企业职工实现体面劳动的主要因素,并提出推进我国企业职工实现体面劳动的对策与建议,对于贯彻落实科学发展观、全面建成小康社会具有重要意义。
With our country entering the new era,it is the time to promote enterprise staffs'decent work.At the present stage of our country,enterprise staffs'rights of security protection,income security,social security,social conversations,career development and physical and mental health consist of enterprise staffs'decent work.Based on the six rights,we design the index system to measure enterprise staffs'decent work.With the help of the questionnaire investigation,we analysis the current situation and influencing factors of enterprise staffs'decent work.Finally,we point out the path and countermeasures of enterprise staffs'decent work.
