摘要
联合火力是联合作战的主要手段和样式,也是联合作战成功的关键。首先,探讨了美军联合火力理论的发展历程及运用原则;然后,介绍了美军联合火力的指挥协调机构、计划作业程序和协调措施;并从高级野战炮兵战术数据系统(AFATDS)、战区作战管理核心系统(TBMCS)、武器数据链网络先进概念技术验证(WDLNACTD)及海军一体化火力控制-制空(NIFC-CA)4个方面分析了美军联合火力指挥控制系统的需求、功能和部署;最后,总结了美军联合火力运用特点。研究美军联合火力机制及其指挥控制系统对我军具有借鉴作用。
The joint fire is the main means and style of joint operations,and its also the key to the success of joint operations.Firstly,the development and the application principle of the U.S.military joint fire theory are discussed.Then,the command and coordination organization,the planning procedure and the coordination measures of U.S.military joint fire are introduced.The requirements,the functions and the deployment of the U.S.military joint fire C2system are analyzed from four aspects,including the advanced field artillery tactical data system(A F A T D S),the theater battle management core system(TBM CS),the weapon data link network advanced concept technology demonstration(WDLACTD),and the naval integrated fire control-counter air(NIFC-CA).Finally,application characteristics of the U.S.military joint fire are summarized.The research on the U.S.military joint fire mechanism and its C2systems has a certain reference for our army.
