氧化镁法烟气脱硫特性及运行情况综述 被引量:4

摘要 氧化镁法烟气脱硫技术具有高脱硫效率、低能耗、安全稳定运行的优点,目前已成为一种经济实用的脱硫新趋势。介绍了国内外氧化镁法烟气脱硫技术的发展历程,综述了脱硫工艺的工艺流程及基本原理,从反应动力学的角度分析了入口二氧化硫浓度、烟气流量、温度、含尘量等因素对脱硫效率的影响,并进行关键工艺运行及工程设计参数的控制研究,展望了脱硫副产物后处理技术、脱硫吸收塔结构的优化设计等方面的发展趋势,为同类型脱硫工程设计提供借鉴与参考。 Magnesia flue gas desulfurization(FGD)technology has the advantages of high desulfurization efficiency,safe and stable operation and low energy consumption.At present magnesia FGD technology has become a kind of new economical and practical desulfurization trend.The development history of domestic and overseas magnesia FGD technology was introduced.The technological principles and process of magnesia FGD technology were expounded.The reaction kinetics were analyzed from the influence factors on desulfurization efficiency such as inlet SO 2 concentration,flue gas flow,temperature and dust content.The key technical process and design parameters were analyzed.The further development of technology for desulfurization by-product post-processing,desulfurization tower structure optimization design were also proposed.Magnesia FGD technology could provide reference and consulting for similer desulfurization engineering design.
