摘要
研究了NaHCO_3胁迫下,CaSO_4和GA_3对二月兰种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:9 g·L-1的Ca SO4处理使二月兰在T1(25 mmol·L-1)、T2(50 mmol·L-1)、T3(75 mmol·L-1)Na HCO3胁迫下,发芽率分别较对照提高了13.34%、17.65%、272.25%;干质量分别较对照提高了19.47%、61.25%、91.94%。0.3 g·L-1的GA3处理使二月兰在T1、T2、T3胁迫下,发芽率分别较对照提高了41.34%、50.01%、138.01%;干质量分别较对照提高了23.89%、73.75%、117.74%。在Ca SO4和GA3处理下,其发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、胚根长度和胚轴长度与对照相比也有提高。NaHCO_3胁迫下,CaSO_4和GA_3对二月兰种子萌发及幼苗生长有显著的促进作用。
We studied the effects of CaSO4 and GA3 on seed germination and seedling growth of Orychophragmus violaceus L.under NaHCO3 Stress.Under Treat 1(25mmol·L-1),Treat 2(50mmol·L-1)and Treat(375mmol·L-1),CaSO4 at the concentration of 9g·L-1 made the germination rates 13.34%,17.65%,and 272.25%higher than that of the control,respectively.The dry weights were 19.47%,61.25%,and 91.94%higher than that of the control,respectively.GA3 at the concentration of 0.3g·L-1 made the germination rates 41.34%,50.01%,and 138.01%,higher than that of the contrast,respectively.The dry weights were 23.89%,73.75%,and 117.74%higher than that of the contrast.Under such conditions,germination vigor,germination index,vitality index,radicle length and hypocotyl length of O.violaceus were also higher than that of the control.CaSO4 and GA3 can significantly promote seed germination and seedling growth of O.violaceus under NaHCO3 Stress.
