胺碘酮联合β受体阻滞剂对急性心肌梗死并心律失常患者心功能的影响 被引量:41

Effect of amiodarone combined with β-blocker on cardiac function in patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with arrhythmia

摘要 目的研究胺碘酮合并β受体阻滞剂对急性心肌梗死并发有快速心律失常患者心功能的影响。方法选择入院治疗的100例急性心肌梗死并发快速心律失常患者,以数字表法随机将所有患者均分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。观察组患者使用胺碘酮联合β受体阻滞剂进行治疗,对照组仅使用β受体阻滞剂进行治疗,观察2组患者的心功能变化。结果治疗前,2组患者相关的心功能指标水平差异无统计学意义。治疗后,观察组的有效率明显高于对照组。观察组心功能水平相比于对照组调节显著。2组患者体内的炎症因子TNF-α,IL-6以及Hs-CRP含量均明显降低,且观察组的减小程度显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于急性心肌梗死合并有快速心律失常患者,临床实施胺碘酮合并β受体阻滞剂进行相关的治疗,能够明显改善患者的心功能。 Objective To study the effect of amiodarone combined withβ-blockers in heart function related arrhythmia for patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods100cases of acute myocardial infarction complicated with arrhythmia patients,were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,50cases in each group.The observation group were given amiodarone combined with aβ-blocker,while the control group only usedβ-blocker treatment.The changes of cardiac function in the patients of the2groups were observed.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in cardiac function index between the2groups.After treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The level of cardiac function in the control group was improved.The inflammatory factor TNF-α,IL-6and Hs-CRP contents of the2groups were significantly decreased,and the observation group decreased significantly than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For the patients of acute myocardial infarction complicated with arrhythmia,clinical implementation of amiodarone combined withβ-blockers is satisfactory.
